Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible for a replacement or a refund.


  • Contact us within 7 days after receiving your order.

  • Provide photos or videos of the issue.

  • We will issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order does not arrive within the maximum delivery time (30 daysΒ depending on location), please contact us.


  • We will investigate with our supplier.

  • If confirmed, you will receive a refund or a replacement item.

Change of mind (buyer’s remorse)

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, such as wrong size, wrong color, or a change of mind.

How to request a return or refund

  2. Describe the issue and attach supporting evidence (photos/videos).

  3. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personalized items
  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear

Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
